A better brief makes better link opportunities
A useful campaign brief explains what the client does, who they help, and why the target page belongs in the conversation.
Describe the client plainly
Replace broad claims with concrete details. “AI-powered restaurant menu builder” says more than “the ultimate innovative business solution.” Include the website and a focused description.
Choose the right destination
A product landing page, guide, and comparison page serve different reader needs. Match the destination to the article's intent. Check that the target page is public, accurate, and ready for visitors.
Write a specific goal
For example: find restaurant and marketing articles where an AI menu builder would be naturally relevant. Include a small set of topics and a realistic campaign budget.
Review before requesting
Read the relevance explanation, traffic window, suggested insertion, and publisher price together. Budget for fit and quality rather than trying to maximize the number of placements.
Keep a record of counters, accepted wording, and publication status so your team can follow each request through to completion.
