Using Linkpool
These Terms govern your use of Linkpool at linkpool.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorized to act for every business, advertiser, publisher website, campaign, or payment method you represent. Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information.
Marketplace roles and editorial responsibility
Linkpool provides technology that helps advertisers request article placements from publishers. Publishers control their websites and decide whether to accept, counter, or decline a request. Publishers are responsible for their published content, edits, disclosures, and compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and search-engine requirements. Advertisers are responsible for their destination URLs, claims, products, services, requested anchor text, and campaign instructions. Neither party may use Linkpool for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or prohibited content.
Publisher websites and Search Console
Publishers may list only websites and articles they own or are authorized to manage. A GSC verified label means Linkpool checked ownership of a matching Google Search Console property using read-only access; it is not a Google endorsement and does not guarantee quality, traffic, rankings, or editorial suitability. Publishers may revoke Google access, subject to the data-retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Opportunities, matching, and placement requests
Linkpool may use rules and AI-assisted matching to recommend public articles for a campaign. Suggestions, metrics, price guidance, relevance labels, and traffic data are informational only. Before requesting or accepting a placement, each party must review the article, source context, anchor text, destination URL, price, duration, and any required disclosures. A placement is not approved merely because it appears as an opportunity or is labeled as a match.
Credits, pricing, and payment providers
One Linkpool credit represents US$1 of prepaid marketplace balance and may be used only within the service. Credits are not cryptocurrency, are not transferable, do not earn interest, and are not a bank deposit. Credit purchases are processed by available providers, currently Stripe or PayPal, under their own terms. Linkpool records the payment status and applicable refund or dispute events, but does not store full card or PayPal credentials. Suggested prices are estimates; the displayed amount on a placement request or accepted counter governs that placement.
Placement holds, counters, and publisher earnings
When an advertiser submits a placement request, Linkpool moves the displayed placement amount from available credits to a reserved balance. A publisher may accept, counter, or decline while the request is new. Publisher counter input represents the publisher’s requested net earnings; Linkpool presents the advertiser with a whole-credit placement amount. Each side sees the applicable amount before deciding. A rejected request releases the reservation. After a submitted link passes Linkpool’s recorded checks, the placement amount is settled and the publisher’s net share is recorded as internal earnings using the commission and duration captured for that placement.
Verification, duration, disputes, and refunds
Linkpool checks the submitted public link against the recorded destination and link requirements, but verification does not guarantee search ranking, referral traffic, sales, or future availability. The expected duration is shown on the placement record and defaults to 12 months unless the record says otherwise. Either party may report an issue through the service or at hello@linkpool.ai with the placement reference and relevant evidence. Linkpool may investigate, request corrections, keep funds reserved, release funds, or process a refund as appropriate under the recorded facts, provider rules, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
Payouts
Publisher earnings are internal marketplace records and are separate from a withdrawal or transfer to an external account. Payout availability depends on supported providers, account eligibility, identity or verification requirements, and feature availability. A marketplace balance is not a bank account, stored-value account, or regulated escrow service. Do not rely on an estimated payout date until the service confirms the payout.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Do not access another user’s information, bypass ownership or payment checks, manipulate traffic or verification, create deceptive placements, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights. Linkpool may suspend or restrict accounts, listings, campaigns, or payments to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or preserve marketplace integrity. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve and communicate about active placement records where appropriate.
Service availability and third parties
Linkpool relies on third-party services for hosting, payments, email, Search Console, and AI features. Availability, data imports, payment confirmation, verification, and matching can be delayed, unavailable, or affected by a provider. Linkpool may change, pause, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service. Provider terms and privacy notices apply to services you choose to use through Linkpool.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The revised date identifies the current version. Recorded placement terms continue to govern an existing placement unless a change is required by law or agreed by the affected parties.
