Terms of Service
Draft for development. The operating entity, contact details, jurisdiction, and retention periods must be completed before public launch.
Using the marketplace
Agencies request placements and publishers decide whether to accept them. Publishers retain editorial responsibility for their content. All users must provide accurate information and have the rights needed to use the service.
Credits and fees
One credit represents US$1 of prepaid marketplace balance. Credits are not cryptocurrency and cannot be transferred between users. Funds are reserved when an offer is requested and released if the request is rejected. The default platform commission is 20%; the agreed commission is recorded on each placement.
Publication and duration
Publishers manually publish accepted placements. The default expected duration is 12 months unless different terms are recorded on the request. Verification confirms the public target link exists; it does not guarantee rankings or commercial outcomes.
Disputes and restrictions
Users may report issues with live or pending placements. Administrators review disputes and determine the available remedy. Prohibited categories and suspended accounts cannot participate in matching. Paid placements must follow applicable disclosure and link-qualification requirements.
